Our Returns & Refund Policy
We want to ensure that you are happy shopping with us. Therefore, if your item is faulty, damaged or 'Not as Described' a full refund - including return postage costs if applicable - will be given.
Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is. If you wish to return an item which you feel is not as described, please provide a brief description why.
Unwanted Purchases/Wrong size/Change mind - Your Right to Cancel:
You have the right to change your mind in which case we give you up to 30 days to return the item.
IMPORTANT NOTES ON RETURNS:
- Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with the original packaging, tags and labels all intact and attached
- Items that have had tags removed or smell of smoke, etc will not be eligible for any sort of return exchange or refund
- You must notify us of your intent to cancel and return within 7 days of receipt
- Return postage for items that are the unwanted/wrong size/change of mind is payable by the buyer and a refund of the item cost (excluding our original postage cost) will be made within 24 hours upon receipt of the item
- Please package up securely.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. You should therefore use a trackable delivery service, e.g Recorded post..
