We use a tracked service for all orders, we make sure to supply you with your tracking number when we fulfil your order. If you do not have a tracking number in your fulfilment email then you can contact us for this information. 

If you have your tracking number you can simply use the courier’s website to find out where your item is. Alternatively if your tracking number is 13 characters long and ends with ‘GB’ then you can use the Royal Mail Track and Trace website.

 


If you would like to change your delivery address even after you have placed your order then you should contact us as soon as possible and let us know the new address that you would like your parcel sent to.

Even if you have received your fulfilment email there is still a chance we can change the address on the parcel but you should contact us as soon as possible.


Yes, when checking out just fill in the Shipping Address with the address that you want the parcel sent to and for the Billing Address fill in the address that your card is registered to.

Make sure that you put the billing and shipping address the correct way around or there is a chance that the order can be cancelled due to fraud. This can happen when the address registered to your card and the billing address do not match up, so please be careful to avoid any potential delays.
